Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. The Developer plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all features in the Developer tier during the trial period.

What IDEs does Synthax support?

We support VS Code, all JetBrains IDEs (IntelliJ, PyCharm, WebStorm, GoLand, Rider), Neovim, and a CLI for terminal-first workflows.

Is my code stored on your servers?

No. Code is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after generating a completion. We are SOC 2 Type II certified. Enterprise customers can choose on-premise deployment where code never leaves their environment.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What languages are supported?

Synthax supports 20+ languages including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, Swift, C++, C#, PHP, Ruby, Scala, SQL, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and Bash. The Developer plan includes Python, JS, and TS support.

How does the Team plan work?

The Team plan covers up to 10 users with unlimited completions, shared codebase context, API access, and priority support. For teams larger than 10, contact us for Enterprise pricing.
